No, boxes cannot be shipped outside of the US or to the following US states at this time: AR, CT, DE, HI, MS, NH, NJ, RI, SD, UT, WV. They also cannot be shipped to a PO Box.
You bet (so long as they are in the states we can ship to...more on that below)! When you place the box in your cart you will see an option to add a gift message. When you move on to the check-out page just put the recipient's address in the "ship to" field. We'll take care of the rest!
Yes, boxes are for adults 21+ only. An adult 21+ must also be present to sign for and accept delivery.
Tracking information will be provided at the time of shipping so you can easily keep an eye on when to expect your special delivery. Any delays will be communicated to you.
We can't imagine you would ever want to return your gorgeous box, but if you are dissatisfied with your Book Society purchase for any reason, please contact us immediately at hello@booksociety.social. We do not accept returns.
